Learning Terms

The Learning Terms govern the use of RumahAgen's learning features, including courses, live learning, learning partners, certificates, and other available learning features.

Enrollment

Enrollment in a course or program is done through the mechanism available. Availability, schedule, capacity, and requirements may differ for each program.

Learning Partners

Programs run together with a partner may be subject to additional partner terms, as long as participants are informed of them.

Certificates

A certificate is only issued if the participant meets the requirements set for the program. RumahAgen does not guarantee that every learning activity will automatically result in a certificate.

Live Learning

Live learning sessions may use third-party technology providers. Participants must follow those services' terms of use.

Learning Points

If an activity awards Learning Points, their award and use are subject to the Learning Points Policy.

Cancellation

A learning program or service may be cancelled before a session begins. Cancellation terms follow the information provided at the time of enrollment and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
