Learning Points Policy

Learning Points (“LP”) are RumahAgen's internal units of value that may be awarded or used through certain features under the applicable rules. LP are not currency and are not automatically a deposit of money or a generally accepted means of payment.

Earning LP

LP may be earned through activities, programs, promotions, learning, or other mechanisms officially set by RumahAgen.

Using LP

LP may only be used for the benefits or redemptions available at the time of use. The availability of redemptions may change.

Purchasing LP

LP may be purchased at the price in the catalog available at the time of purchase. Prices, packages, and transaction terms are shown before payment.

Expiration and Adjustments

LP obtained through purchase do not have a validity period (they do not expire). Balance adjustments, cancellations, or returns of LP follow the rules shown in the relevant program.

Misuse

RumahAgen may cancel LP obtained through fraud, manipulation, system errors, or policy violations.

Account Closure

The effect of account deletion on an LP balance follows the terms in effect at the time of deletion.
