Agency Terms

The Agency Terms govern the use of RumahAgen by agencies, principals, administrators, and agents connected within an organization.

Agency Account

The agency is responsible for ensuring that the organization, administrator, and member information provided to RumahAgen is correct and kept up to date.

Administrators and Principals

The administrator/principal role holds authority in accordance with the applicable RBAC and product configuration.

Agent Membership

An agent's relationship with an agency may require an invitation, approval, or another mechanism determined by RumahAgen.

Agency Responsibilities

The agency is responsible for the use of the organization account, the actions of administrators, and the authority granted to members, to the extent they are within its control.

Listings

Listing management through an agency is subject to the Property Listing Policy and the applicable access rules.

Termination

Changes to or termination of the relationship between an agent and an agency may affect access to organization features, listings, quota, or data, in accordance with the system configuration and policies in effect.
