Property Listing Policy

This policy sets the minimum standards for property listings published through RumahAgen.

Accuracy of Information

Users must ensure that price, location, size, status, specifications, photos, contact details, and other material information are accurate and not misleading.

Right to Offer

Users may only publish a property if they have the right, permission, mandate, or other lawful basis to offer or market that property.

Photos and Content

Photos and materials must be relevant to the property and must not infringe the rights of others. Users are responsible for the rights to use the materials they upload.

Price and Status

Price and availability status must be updated when they change. Listings that are no longer available must be updated or taken down using the features available.

Duplicate and Misleading Listings

Listings that are duplicative, misleading, or created to manipulate the system may be restricted or removed.

Moderation

RumahAgen may carry out checks or moderation and take action against listings that violate this policy.

Listings can be reported through support@rumahagen.com or the Report Abuse page.
