Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use RumahAgen responsibly and must not use the platform to harm others, disrupt the service, or violate the law.

Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information or using another person's identity without the right to do so.
• Uploading fake or misleading listings, or listings without a lawful basis.
• Committing fraud, phishing, scams, or other illegal activity.
• Sending spam or disruptive communications.
• Accessing accounts, data, systems, or APIs without authorization.
• Using automation, scraping, or other techniques to overload or abuse the service.
• Distributing malware, malicious code, or material designed to disrupt systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to manipulate rankings, quota, rewards, Learning Points, or platform mechanisms in an unauthorized way.

Enforcement

RumahAgen may investigate, restrict content, suspend accounts, remove content, or take other action in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
