Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RumahAgen. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RumahAgen services operated by MUTIARA APLIKASI HANDAL.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the RumahAgen services, you declare that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by law.

2. Definitions

“RumahAgen” means the digital platform and services operated by MUTIARA APLIKASI HANDAL. “User” means any person or entity that accesses or uses the services. “User Content” means information, text, images, listings, documents, or other materials submitted or published by a User.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping their credentials secure, and promptly reporting any unauthorized use of their account. No one may use another person’s identity or provide misleading information.

4. Use of the Services

Users must use RumahAgen in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, platform policies, and the purpose of the services. Users must not disrupt the systems, gain access without permission, engage in prohibited scraping, distribute malware, commit fraud, or use the services for illegal activities.

5. Listings and Content

Users who create listings are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information and materials they publish, and for having the right to use them. RumahAgen may moderate, restrict, take down, or remove content that violates policies or the law.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features, subscriptions, add-ons, and other fees apply according to the plan and the pricing information shown at the time of purchase. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (in Indonesian).

7. User Content

Users retain their rights to content that they lawfully own. By uploading or publishing content, the User grants RumahAgen the rights necessary to store, process, display, and distribute that content to the extent needed to provide the services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The RumahAgen name, brand, logo, software, design, and materials are owned by, or used under valid rights by, MUTIARA APLIKASI HANDAL, unless stated otherwise.

9. Suspension and Termination

RumahAgen may restrict or suspend access if there is a suspected violation, a security risk, a legal obligation, fraud, or other circumstances justified under the terms of service. Where possible, action will be taken proportionately and with appropriate notice.

10. Disclaimer

RumahAgen provides the platform and features according to the capabilities available. Listing information created by users is the responsibility of the party who creates or publishes it. RumahAgen is not by itself a party to every transaction between users, property owners, agents, developers, or third parties.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms from time to time. The latest Terms will be published on this page and take effect from the date stated.
