Partner Terms

The Partner Terms govern the general relationship between RumahAgen and partners, including developers, property owners, learning partners, business partners, and integration partners.

Onboarding

Partners may be asked to provide identity, legal, contact, and business information for the verification process.

Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of data and content, and for the permissions and rights needed for the materials or services provided to RumahAgen.

Brand and IP

Each party retains its rights in the trademarks and materials it owns. The use of another party's brand must be based on appropriate permission.

Data and Privacy

The exchange and processing of Personal Data must be carried out on a lawful basis and under appropriate contractual/technical arrangements.

Special Terms

Certain collaborations may require a separate agreement governing commercial terms, SLAs, confidentiality, IP, data processing, and other specific obligations.
